Hi, I’m Chevy Friedman, MSW. I help Jewish women reignite their passions, transform burnout & overwhelm into peace and vitality, and turn ordinary days into something extraordinary. My mission is to empower women to embrace their potential and create a life that feels alive, purposeful, and intentional.

I created the Productive Life Method from my own experiences balancing the many roles of wife, mom, shlucha, therapist, student, and entrepreneur. When life felt overwhelming, this method became my anchor, helping me stay focused, strong, and passionate. It saved my sanity and transformed my life.

I’ve been where you are, and I know how hard it can be to make lasting change. But I also know the power of accountability and support.

What if I’m not a morning person?

You’re definitely not alone — most women who join this program start out feeling the same way! The beautiful part is how quickly that can shift when you’re surrounded by structure, encouragement, and a group doing it together. You’ll gently train your body and mind to wake up feeling more clear, energized, and ready for the day — even if mornings have always felt hard.

How long does the program take each day?

Each morning session runs for about 60 minutes, and there’s an optional 30-minute live evening reflection to help you unwind and close your day intentionally.

It’s not about adding more to your plate — it’s about giving yourself time to breathe, focus, and set up your day (and life) to truly work for you.

Do I need special equipment?

You don’t need anything fancy — just a computer or laptop in a quiet, private space where you can focus without distractions for the hour.

You’ll also receive your PLM workbook, calendar, and special program materials delivered to your home, plus a short list of simple tools we’ll go over together once you’re enrolled.

Can I do this with a baby in my arms or other distractions?

I completely understand the season of life you’re in — and this program was created with busy women and moms in mind. That said, the sessions are most powerful when you can give yourself full attention.

If it’s possible, try to set up care or a quiet space just for this hour — it’s your time to reconnect with yourself. If you’re unsure how that might look, we can brainstorm together on a discovery call to see if this can realistically fit your life right now.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are live, and part of what makes the program so transformative is the consistency of showing up together. Of course, life happens — if you miss a session here or there, that’s okay. You’ll still have the structure and community support to keep you on track.
