The Productive Life Method is a 5-week group coaching program designed for Jewish women who are ready to step into the next level of their lives—with more clarity, calm, and alignment.
Whether you feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up, running on empty, just going through the motions, OR doing great but ready for next-level growth and joy—this program will help you ignite purpose and passion in your daily life.
The Productive Life Method helps you get from surviving to thriving, from the ordinary to the EXTRAORDINARY.
In this program, You’ll uncover how you want to show up for your life and together we’ll build a system that supports that version of you with intention, joy, and consistency.
Through meaningful routines, powerful planning tools, and a supportive group of women doing the same work, you’ll step into each day feeling more alive, more grounded, and more you.

Start strong with a guided, 5-day experience to reconnect with who you are, what matters most to you, and what’s been getting in the way.
Each day includes reflection, clarity-building exercises, and space to uncover what lights you up.

Every Sunday, you’ll learn how to design your week with intention and clarity.
You’ll join 4 live sessions where we plan together using a system that helps you feel grounded and clear.
Plus, you’ll receive templates and planning tools that make the process feel beautiful and doable.

These one-hour live Zoom calls are the heartbeat of the program and your transformation. You’ll start your day with:
• Movement and breathwork
• Prayer and journaling
• Learning from top voices in personal development
• Daily planning to get ahead—not behind
It’s the power hour that shifts your day from reactive to intentional and aligned.
🕗We’ll meet Daily, Monday through Friday for 5 weeks:
• Cohort 1: 6:00 AM EST
• Cohort 2: 5:15 AM PST / 8:15 AM EST
• Cohort 3: 8:30 AM PST / 11:30 AM EST

Wrap up your day with calm and clarity. These 30-minute evening sessions help you:
• Reflect on what went well
• Release what didn’t
• Realign with your bigger vision

A: Replays will be available for both morning and evening sessions, so you’ll never fall behind.
A: For August, morning sessions are from 9:15–10:15 a.m. ET, and evening journaling is from 8:30–9:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Thursday.
A: The Productive Life Method is for Jewish women of all ages and backgrounds—moms, creatives, professionals, students, and anyone craving structure and joy in their day-to-day life.
A: Not at all. The content is rooted in Jewish values but welcomes women at any level of observance.

You’re definitely not alone — most women who join this program start out feeling the same way! The beautiful part is how quickly that can shift when you’re surrounded by structure, encouragement, and a group doing it together. You’ll gently train your body and mind to wake up feeling more clear, energized, and ready for the day — even if mornings have always felt hard.
Each morning session runs for about 60 minutes, and there’s an optional 30-minute live evening reflection to help you unwind and close your day intentionally.
It’s not about adding more to your plate — it’s about giving yourself time to breathe, focus, and set up your day (and life) to truly work for you.
You don’t need anything fancy — just a computer or laptop in a quiet, private space where you can focus without distractions for the hour.
You’ll also receive your PLM workbook, calendar, and special program materials delivered to your home, plus a short list of simple tools we’ll go over together once you’re enrolled.
I completely understand the season of life you’re in — and this program was created with busy women and moms in mind. That said, the sessions are most powerful when you can give yourself full attention.
If it’s possible, try to set up care or a quiet space just for this hour — it’s your time to reconnect with yourself. If you’re unsure how that might look, we can brainstorm together on a discovery call to see if this can realistically fit your life right now.
All sessions are live, and part of what makes the program so transformative is the consistency of showing up together. Of course, life happens — if you miss a session here or there, that’s okay. You’ll still have the structure and community support to keep you on track.
